About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Skelmersdale. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing, award-winning entrepreneurial SME business that values innovation and forward-thinking leadership.

As a Sales and Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Buidling strong relationships with new and existing clients through phone-based communication
  • Identifying potential opportunities and providing sales admin support with quotes

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a phone-based sales or customer service role and enjoy interacting with customers over the phone. If you are a motivated individual who thrives in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply.

This is a great opportunity for personal and professional growth, with the possibility of earning up to £20,000 per annum (basic) plus commission (£2-3k). You will also enjoy flexible working hours and onsite car parking.
