The successful candidate will report directly to the Site Director and offsite HR Manager and be responsible for leading employee relations cases, managing HR projects, and driving recruitment and onboarding processes.

Requirements
  • Experience as an HR Advisor with solid knowledge of UK employment law
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor and support an HR Officer
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £42,000 per annum, plus 15% bonus and an excellent package. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.
