A dedicated HR Operations Lead is sought by Henlee Resourcing to oversee the day-to-day HR activities for their Skelmersdale site. Reporting to the Site Director and offsite HR Manager, the successful candidate will lead employee relations cases and manage HR projects in collaboration with senior team members.
About the Role:
- Manage HR operations, including employee relations, payroll, and HR system management.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes for new starters.
- Mentor and support the HR Officer in their development and progression.
- Drive site-based HR projects and initiatives in collaboration with senior team members.
About You:
- A seasoned HR Advisor with a strong understanding of UK employment law.
- Able to demonstrate experience in HR operations, employee relations, and team management.
