Job Summary


As Facilities Coordinator Lead at CBRE Enterprise EMEA, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently. This involves coordinating team activities, managing work orders, and resolving issues with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities


Some key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Allocate work orders and schedule repairs in a timely manner.
  • Handle escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers.
  • Review work order reports and create performance reports for management.

Requirements


A high school diploma or GED with 3-4 years of experience in facilities management or a related field is required. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Estimated Salary


We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around €60,000 - €75,000, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth within CBRE Enterprise EMEA.
