Office Administrator/receptionist

The past years have seen growth and success and as such we require an Administrator to join our administrative team at our Offices in Skelmersdale.
We are looking to recruit a further long-term employee who will become an integral part of our team.
**Job Type**: Permanent/Full Time (37.5 hrs Monday-Friday, Hours 8 - 4/30)
**Salary**:£N.M.W
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- You will provide a high level of administrative support and be involved with multiple administrative activities.
- You will be a point of contact for clients dealing with general enquiries.
- You will need to work to deadlines and will be dealing with clients on a daily basis
- Your role will involve day to day use and management of the companies database.
- You will be responsible for processing orders and despatch with nominated courier services.
- Stock transferring and monitoring
You will also be responsible for the management of accounts such as Amazon, Ebay, Mano mano and our personal website
**Skills/Experience/Person Specification**
- Have a proven strong work ethic/reliability/attendance record.
- Have a confident personality with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Have excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Have strong analytical skills.
- Have Impeccable attention to detail.
- Be a pro-active self-starter with a willingness to learn and use initiative.
- Be confident to work with little supervision and think on your feet.
- Be able to multitask and prioritise workloads.
- Be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Ideally fluent in IMAC and apple software
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- No Bank holiday's
- Christmas shutdown
