LFUK Recruitment are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to work for our client based in the Skelmersdale area.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Accounts Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

**2. General Administration**:

- Oversee general office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting them as appropriate.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Assisting the management team; organising company events, meetings etc.

**3. Communication and Collaboration**:

- Liaise with internal teams to gather and communicate relevant information.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers.
- Ensure effective communication within the organization.

**4. Compliance and Record Keeping**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Maintain accurate and organized records for audits and reference.

**Qualifications**:

- Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounts management and general administration.
- Experience using Sage and Quickbooks

**Hours of work**:
Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
