**HR Assistant Duties**
- Being a point of contact for policy and procedural queries from employees and escalating where needed
- Drafting up invites, outcomes and supporting with note taking where required
- Management of contracts and new starter paperwork including right to work documentation.
- Working closely with the recruitment team for onboarding and collecting new starter paperwork ensuring accurate data entry where required.
- Maintaining and auditing employee personnel files to ensure compliance.
- Providing strong administrative support to the HR Function
- Assisting with monitoring absence management across the organisation
- Other duties as requested.
**Skill & Knowledge Required**:
- Experience in a HR administrative role is desirable
- Looking for a career within HR
- Solution driven - ability to work with team and individually to create the best solution
- Excellent communication and literacy skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage priorities whilst maintaining attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
