**Deine Aufgaben**
Zu Deiner neuen Rolle gehört die Gesamtverantwortung für den Erfolg eines Managed Services Transition & Transformation Programms. Dies umfasst die Design
- und Pre-Sales-Anforderungen, von der Design
- und Vertragsphase über die T&T-Phase bis zur Übergabe in den Betrieb.
- Zusammenarbeit und fachliche Steuerung von internationalen Teams bei großen und komplexen T&T- Projekten
- Ermittlung und aktives Management strategischer Risiken sowie Risikobewertung
- Eskalationsinstanz für den T&T Programme Manager und den Kunden
- Sicherstellung von Ressourcen und Fachwissen aus dem Betrieb und von Dritten, damit die T&T zu den vereinbarten Kosten und innerhalb des vereinbarten Zeitrahmens geliefert werden kann
- Definition und Einhaltung der vereinbarten Kunden
- und internen Governance
- und Reporting-Anforderungen (d.h. primäre Kundenschnittstelle während der Service Take-on Phase)
- Verwaltung des T&T-Budgets

**Dein Profil**
- Mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich IT/Programm/Projektmanagement
- Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Managed Services/Outsourcing-Verträge (z. B. als Service Manager:in, Account Manager:in, Projektmanager:in)
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Risikomanagement
- Erfahrung in der Förderung eines aktiven Netzwerks und überzeugende Einflussnahme auf alle wichtigen Stakeholder
- ITIL-Kenntnisse (ITIL Foundation-Zertifizierung)
