Mondonovo Care is looking for a Care administrator with a domiciliary care experience to work in a growing and expanding team.

Hours 9.00am-5pm (flexible) plus on call service.

**Key responsibilities**:
Lead and develop the care staff team and to effectively allocate care assistants to customers. Make sure care and support is delivered on time, safely and in line with customer wishes (as agreed in their care and support plan).
- Produce accurate care worker rotas on a weekly basis, ensuring all calls are covered, and make amendments when required.
- Carry out need assessments, prepare support plan/risk assessment - including review of support plan as required by Manager.
- Observe legislative requirements according to the Working Time Regulations.
- Observe Service User and Care Worker confidentiality and carry out general office duties.
- Accurately and appropriately match Care Workers to Service Users.
- Become competent in all areas of office management at the Registered Managers discretion.
- Produce data/reports as required.
- Assist with problems that may arise between Care Workers and Service Users effectively on a daily basis.

.To visit Service Users and to make reviews of the written Care Plans, examine the written records of medication administration, finance and daily log notes kept by Staff as required by the Registered Manager.

.To report to the Registered Manager any financial issues that have an impact on the overall budget.

.To assist with the recruitment, induction, training and supervision of Staff.

.To carry out spot checks and Supervision, Appraisal reviews of the Staff’s performance.

To complete Annual survey, feedback from staff and client.

Telephone call monitoring, monthly audit of daily logs and mar sheet

To assist in holding team meetings for Care Workers.

To produce reports as required by the Registered Manager, including writing care plan, risk assessment, update policies and any other admin tasks as required by the Manager.

Make sure accident and incidents are recorded, reported and acted upon.

To maintain accurate handwritten and electronic records.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

**Salary**: £13.30-£15.00 per hour
