**Your Role**:

You will play a vital role in supporting our evolution and maintaining our position at the forefront of security technology.

**Main Duties**:
Resolving customer inquiries and providing technical support.

Assisting with the company's social media and marketing efforts.

Managing user onboarding and offboarding across all platforms.

Assisting in creating and updating user documentation and training materials.

Conducting user training sessions.

Preparing minutes from Project Manager/team meetings.

Prepare correspondence, reports and other documents as requested.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is beneficial but not essential.

Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and work independently within defined procedures.
