**Operations Administrator**

As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing essential administrative support to the Operations Team, helping to ensure the smooth day to day running of the busy Engineering Division.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operational Support: Assist managers in coordinating and organising jobs, ensuring all administrative aspects are efficiently managed.
- Customer Satisfaction: Assist managers ensure customer requirement are met to their satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of job-related information, including quotes, order requests, change orders, certificates of conformity and other essential documentation.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between managers, team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues and challenges, escalating complex matters to appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, quality procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
- Booking Deliveries: Coordinate with clients and logistics team to schedule timely and accurate deliveries of finished products.
- Continuous Improvement: Sourcing, pricing and comparing alternative suppliers of materials and services.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation.
- Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and project management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to complete tasks efficiently.
- Confidence in dealing effectively with changing priorities.
- Experience of procuring goods and services would be advantageous.
