**Job Description - Contract Supervisor**

With a network of 16 branches across Scotland and the North of England, we offer a comprehensive range of property preservation and repair services to property owners, building professionals, local businesses and local authorities.

**Role**

We are now looking to employ a **Contract** **Supervisor **to become part of our team.
- **Full Time/Permanent - **_Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 17:00pm & Friday, 08:00am to 16:00pm.

**Salary/Hourly Rate**: Competitive
- Day to day planning and Management of a wide range of trades, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure health & safety is always managed in line with our company procedures and values.
- Work closely with surveyors and administration team to ensure contracts are delivered within time and on budget.
- Quality control on both domestic and commercial contracts.
- Offer a high level of customer service and able to meet client expectations while adhering to business KPI’s.
- Ensure current workforce is trained to the high standards required.

**Knowledge, Experience & Requirements**
- Previous planning and supervision and experience within construction and maintenance industry.
- Proven track record in health & safety, including the preparation and delivery of Risk Assessments, method statements and toolbox talks.
- Strong experience and knowledge of the building industry
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Have a Positive attitude and work well as aprt of the team environment.
- Be able to manage change and make decisions.
- Be capable of programming projects and work schedules.
- Be capable of monitoring project performance in order to ensure targets are met.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, must be comfortable dealing with a wide range of senior management and clients
- Extremely motivated and passionate about delivering high levels of service to our existing clients.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Being able to work as part of a team
- Full UK Driving Licence
