Order Office Assistant

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Order Office team at Burton Distribution Centre as Order Office Assistant to support in fulfilling business needs as we embark on a transformation journey with an ambitious strategy to launch a series of new wellness products and services to customers.
- The Role
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Processing daily sales orders for up to 1,000 stores per week
- Maintaining transactional order integrity and accuracy from creation through to receipt in to store
- Processing orders and credits with amendments, add-ons and cancellations
- Ensuring an auditable process is followed at all times
- Dealing with discrepancies promptly and efficiently
- Working within a team and understanding prioritization and escalations
- Ensuring we work together to achieve our best-effort KPI performance
- Understanding inventory and cost transactional procedures
- Supporting our store colleagues with enquiries and expediting issues
- Our marketplace is local UK, Ireland and Globally International

Office based at Burton Distribution centre, Vitality House, Burton upon Trent, Burton-on-Trent DE14 2WP
- The Person
**Key Requirements**:
- Good knowledge and high skill set in using MS Office, particularly Excel will be expected, and along with Order Management Systems experience will be advantage.
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication, with strong time management skills
- Track record of working independently
- High attention to detail needed, to produce work to a consistently high standard
- Determined, agile and tenacious with an ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced role.
- Optimistic and open-minded to change.
- Experience of using promotions or pricing systems within another retailer would be advantageous.
- Good level of numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Customer focussed - everything we do is to support our store colleagues and ultimately our customers.
- Positive, resourceful and an energetic team worker
- Able to build relationships with internal multi-discipline teams.
