This is a varied role working in a friendly team alongside Managers, Supervisors and other Site Administrators in one of the UK's leading construction contractors, learning all aspects of Business Administration within the construction industry. You will be working in a variety of sectors including Office Management, Skills Coordination and PA, Health & Safety, Document Control and Accounts.

Duties will include:

- Receiving and booking in site visitors.
- Arranging and where necessary participating in meetings, conferences and project team activities.
- Creating presentations.
- Retrieving data for project team.
- General office duties such as filing, printing and photocopying.
- Processing invoices.
- Receiving and collating information generated through each department.
- Reception and telephone duties.
- Overseeing and administering site deliveries.

**Salary**: £15,189.00 per year
