Job Summary

This Apprenticeship role offers a unique opportunity to develop skills and knowledge in business administration within a healthcare setting. As an Apprentice Ward Clerk, you will work closely with the ward team to ensure seamless delivery of services, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional patient care.

Key responsibilities include answering telephone calls, dealing with referrals, and maintaining continuity of presence at the ward reception desk. You will also be required to liaise with the help desk, book transport for discharge, and maintain supply of patient information leaflets.
