With our business growing significantly in the last 5 years and continuing to do so, we are searching for an experienced, reliable, and task-focused Executive Assistant.

This role provides support to the Chief Executive Officer and members of the Strategic Leadership Team (“SLT”) with organisation, scheduling, correspondence, and meetings. The role will actively contribute to the efficiency of our SLT by providing personalised and timely support, working to provide a truly first class, seamless support and advisory function and helping to “Move Science Forward”.

Hours will be 08:30 to 17:30 and the role is offered as fully onsite based at our Cambridge office.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Company secretarial support; organising Board Meetings for entities, facilitating signatures of minutes, and other Board specific documents along with liaising with the Notary.
- Full diary management and business travel arrangements.
- Collating and distribution of quarterly / monthly / annual reports and other business information.
- Building and maintaining an excellent working relationship with all other departments/business units.
- Liaison with the parent company EAs to organise and schedule meetings and calls etc.
- Assist with the organisation of whole company events and workshops.
- Other ad-hoc work, as requested by the CEO.

**In addition, you will demonstrate these key competencies**:

- Complete confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Demonstrable prior experience working as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management.
- Experience of attending Board meetings / minute taking and distribution of actions as appropriate.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software.
- The ability to work proactively using your initiative and demonstrate excellent time-management and workload management skills along with strong attention to detail.
- Friendly, with a professional demeanour exceptional interpersonal skills.
