This role needs an individual who is supremely organized and diligent, is a great communicator, is detail oriented and decisive. As Team Executive Assistant you will help Jagex’s executive team operate effectively by providing administrative support - in turn enabling the company’s leaders to be at their best and help the company flourish.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage complex schedules based on your Execs' priorities.
- Coordinate and facilitate a variety of meetings and own agendas, minute and action taking and logging, and follow up on actions.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as submitting expense reports, coordinating travel, and assisting with ad hoc projects or requests.
- Assist with managing effective and timely communications, by creating, routing, and processing correspondence.
- Project manage international travel & event attendance, supporting with organization, travel, and scheduling.
- Be knowledgeable of your Execs' priorities and objectives, to ensure not only the most effective support, but also that daily operations run smoothly. Using this knowledge, actively filter what requires their attention and what can be postponed/redirected.
- Your ability to work well with people on all levels is an important part of your job. Manage good relations with other company executives, external partners, and colleagues.
- Act as one of the primary points of contact for matters involving the Board of Directors, liaising with board assistants on various scheduling and planning items.
- Organize, attend, and facilitatecorporate events, including socials and offsites.
- Collaborate closely with Sr. EA to ensure business rhythm and minimize disruptions, including cover during leave.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3-5 Years supporting multiple Executives;
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence;
- Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize deadlines/deliverables;
- Be prepared to manage competing priorities and complex tasks;
- A calm and calculated approach;
- Complete reliability handling confidential, often sensitive information;
- Some flexibility in your schedule for occasional out-of-hours work;
- Remote first but office presence occasionally required - e.g., for on-site and meetings, ad hoc need for Executive support, etc.
- Desirable software skills: MS Office, Confluence, Zoom, Slack.
- Desire to immerse yourself fully and learn all aspects of your executives’ business and to be helpful to your leaders and co-workers;
