**Role and Responsibilities**: As Executive Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of this institution. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing complex calendars and schedules with precision
- Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Anticipating needs and proactively addressing them
- Prioritising and managing diverse and evolving workloads
- Being a positive relationship builder and collaborative team player
- Working closely with various stakeholders, demonstrating tact and determination

**Requirements**: To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
- Adaptability and the ability to keep calm under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and Access)
- Experience with databases and data-sharing tools
- Familiarity with web editing tools such as Word Press
