**Join a Dynamic Team**

By joining our National Capacity Planning team, you will be an integral part of the operational planning process. Your daily activities will involve creating and maintaining team workload reporting, collaborating with operators and internal capacity planning teams to rectify data errors within our train planning system, and contributing to core team processes such as timetable publication and safety-related data tasks. Your contributions will be fundamental in increasing the team's productivity and continuous improvement efforts.

In order to thrive in this role, a set of essential skills and experiences are required. Firstly, previous experience in data management activities is a valuable asset, as it provides a solid foundation for understanding and handling complex data sets. Additionally, a proven ability to work systematically, accurately, and meet deadlines is crucial for maintaining efficiency and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner. Being able to demonstrate competence in working with IT systems is also essential, as technology plays a significant role in today's data-driven world. Lastly, possessing good communication and organizational skills will greatly contribute to effective collaboration within the team and the successful execution of projects.
