Manage and maintain schedules, including arranging appointments and meetings, liaising with team members to gather information and ensure timescales are met
- Online file management and coordination of documentation
- Liaising with commercial and residential tenants
- Cost management/financial/data management on spreadsheets.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Bank reconciliations and assisting with bookkeeping tasks using bank and accounts software.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle confidential information with discretion.

**Skills**:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Familiarity with Hubspot is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Knowledge of accounting software is preferred.
