A new and exciting role has been established within our very successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated new member of the team.

This is a varied role and will be based from our warehouse/ stock area at our Milton Keynes Headquarters. The key requirement of the role is to manage all materials, tools/ equipment and waste in and out of our warehouse following company procedure. Making sure this happens efficiently for our team and the warehouse remains clean & tidy. Ensuring that the yard and warehouse is a safe and secure environment.

Knowledge and / or experience of working within the plumbing and air conditioning profession would be an advantage but not essential, part of the role will include the testing of incoming and outgoing portable A/C units.

The role is based in MK and will involve travel in and around MK and surrounding areas.

**Job Details**

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 8am to 5pm

**Job Tasks**
- Taking deliveries and arranging tidy short/ long term storage in the warehouse
- Picking parts kits for installation jobs ready for engineers
- Booking in and out of shared tools/ equipment (ladders, scaffolds, specialist tools like the power flush machine)
- Racking away stock deliveries/ returned parts from jobs
- Managing waste returned from jobs, stripping waste to maximise recycling rates
- Arranging skip collections/ waste drop offs
- Delivering materials/ equipment to local sites as required
- Collecting local parts/ supplies to ensure the smooth running of the business
- Assist with stock ordering, flagging when consumables are running low
- Testing portable A/C units and packing them ready for delivery to customers
- Receiving returned portable A/C units, cleaning them up before putting in storage ready for their next hire
- Assist with the movement of vans for repairs/ servicing
- Booking in/ out shared vans monitoring condition, completing regular checks

**Skills/Requirements**
- Store/warehouse duties
- Full driving licence and van experience
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Self-motivated and flexible
- Be comfortable assisting different parts of the business
- Team Player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,673.00-£23,500.00 per year
