**About Nipperbout**:
Nipperbout is an event childcare provider, governed by the relevant registered body (e.g: Ofsted), servicing exhibitions, conferences, festivals, fun days and events throughout the UK and Europe.

10hrs - Accounts role
15 hrs - HR assistant role
25 hrs - Both roles combined

**HR and Administration Assistant (15hrs)**
- Ensuring staff records are up-to-date and events are staffed
- Confident telephone manner (screen and interview people)
- Good organisational skills (compliance and training logs)
- Record keeping and data input
- Awareness of budgeting (Booking accommodation and travel)
- Can work under direction and on own initiative
- Must be comfortable with friendly dogs and working in a home-based office, car essential.

**Accounts and Office Assistant (10 hrs)**
- To assist our Finance manager with data entry and general office administration.
- Accounting background (purchase ledger)
- IT Skills - Microsoft Office & advanced knowledge of Excel
- Ability to use a data base confidently
- Some graphic knowledge useful (to make creative forms and timetables)
- Experience of Apple Mac an advantage
- Confident telephone manner
- Good organisational skills
- Can work under direction and on own initiative
- Must be comfortable with friendly dogs and working in a home based office, car essential.
