This Milton Keynes based permanent newly created role as a HR and Office Assistant is to work closely with HR Manager supporting the delivery of HR services across the international business along with managing the companies company car fleet and providePA/ Office support to the senior leadership team.

**Description**

The HR & PA responsibilities will include
- Assisting recruitment of new staff members
- The management of staff performance and development
- Organisation of staff training and welfare
- Car fleet duties will involve the maintenance and management of the company's vehicles, as well as general safety and operations of the car fleet.
- General administrative duties, as well as providing full support to the executive team.
- Travel and diary management
- Coordinating and supporting on senior leadership meetings and conferences

**Profile**
- Strong administrative experience with an eagerness to develop your HR knowledge with support and training from the HR Manager
- Some car fleet management experience or exposure
- Excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organised, and be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
