**About the department**

Outsourcing is a key service offered by RSM to its client base, both in the UK and internationally, driving key relationships on the back of long-term annuity engagements in its chosen mid-market space. At present across RSM, this includes functions suchas payroll, transactional processing, bookkeeping and company secretarial duties. RSM’s offering is considered a valuable resource by businesses within the UK who see the cost, time, and resource benefit of outsourcing these functions. It is also a beneficialtool for international organisations looking to invest into the UK and for more established multi-national corporations looking for a consistent global outsourced service. Utilising RSM’s outsourcing services removes the burden of managing a finance functionand the associated regulatory requirements.

In order to progress the OTS strategy, a team is being established to implement and manage a suite of finance technology to enable the delivery of client services. This suite of systems includes NetSuite as our ERP solution, PowerBI for reporting, and indevelopment invoice scanning, payments middleware and analytics tools.
**Overall job purpose**:

- To provide support to OTS team members on finance systems, in particular NetSuite.
- To assist in transitioning new RSM clients moving onto RSM OTS finance systems.
- Assist in extracting client data from historic accounting systems, manipulate and cleanse data into set import formats, undertake elements of client setup including importing data.
- Assist in provision of finance systems support to clients.
- Development and maintenance of procedural documentation for knowledge transfer protocols and takes part in passing knowledge onto new team members as required.
Reporting to the Outsourcing Technology Lead, you will be tasked with completing a range of transition and maintenance activities across multiple software products to support the Outsourcing team in providing outstanding customer service to our clients.

**Personal and professional qualities**
- A-Level /Graduate, preferably with a finance or IT background
- Ability to take ownership of duties and a willingness to grow and learn within the team and company;
- Must be very 'hands on’ with can do attitude;
- Able to prioritise effectively consistently meets deadlines;
- Capable of task management, problem identification and resolution;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with good presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Flexible and able to work as part of a team assisting others to ensure team success;
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) (essential)
- NetSuite / ERP system knowledge (desirable);
- Basic understanding of accounting terminology.
