Our client is a well respected and renowned private school in Oxford. They have a new permanent requirement within their HR team for an HR Administrator.
Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
Recruitment:
- Preparing job adverts; maintaining and updating the database of job descriptions.
Administration:
- Creating and maintaining employee personnel files.
- Updating and maintaining the central recruitment spread sheet for starters, leavers and changes in order to inform payroll.
- Setting up performance cycle reminders for HR and Line Managers including probationary period reviews. Assisting with the letters for successful completion of probationary period.
- Updating and distributing induction material for new staff and assisting with facilitating the leaving process for departing staff.
- Recording and maintaining the record of training requests, and assisting in organising staff induction training as needed.
General:
- Maintaining and updating the vacancies page of the website.
- Keeping the staff list page of the website up-to-date and accurate.
- Assisting with adding new employees to the current iSAMS and later in new HR system with utmost accuracy.
- Producing reports and statistics as and when required.
- Sickness and absence management.
- Managing the content on the HR Intranet page.
On offer is a salary of 26-28k, study support (if required), 30 days holiday (excluding bank holidays), generous pension contribution, flexible working hours (some hybrid, especially during school holidays) and school meals.
**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
