An opportunity has arisen to provide essential support the HR team in delivering an efficient and streamlined service to the business with regard to all HR-related administrative tasks. This role has a wide remit which includes input to all HR activities and is an important support role to the business.
**Job role**:
- Preparing contractual documents that support changes to employee terms and conditions;
- Maintaining employee data in the HRIS to ensure all employee lifecycle events are recorded and processed;
- Entering associated payroll data within deadlines and in collaboration with Finance and the third-party supplier;
- Supporting the whole recruitment cycle of activities from advert to induction of new employees;
- Providing guidance and support to Managers on areas such as recruitment, learning and development and HR operational processes following appropriate training from HRBP’s.
- Supporting the HR team to deliver HR projects;
- Scheduling and assisting in the delivery of HR events such as training, inductions and exit interviews.
You’ll have:
- You will need to be highly organised and self-motivated and able manage your activities and workload to meet regular hard deadlines
- Good communication skills both written and verbal. Experience presenting is an advantage, but training will be given.
- Level 3 CIPD qualification or above is preferred.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook is essential.
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to see activities through to completion is key, as is attention to detail.
- HR is responsible for the private data of our employees and the ability to maintain professional relationships along with ensuring the confidentiality of our activities is vital.
- The HR team work together to deliver a high level of customer service, employee experience and satisfaction to the WAE workforce and the ability to work a part of a team is paramount.
