Are you a skilled HR Administrator looking for a hybrid opportunity?

We have a brilliant new opportunity for you to join a thriving HR team within a brilliant company based in Cowley.

You will start immediately, and work diligently, collaboratively, and confidently with the existing HR team whilst upholding the company’s culture and shared values.

**Temporary HR Administrator Responsibilities**
- First point of contact for employee enquiries on HR policies, employment terms and conditions, Company benefits, with autonomy to resolve or escalate queries
- Process administration for new starters
- Collate all employee changes on a monthly basis, produce letters and contract variations and maintain and update the HR database
- Support payroll process by collating relevant payroll information (e.g. starters, leavers, changes), instruct the payroll provider, conduct payroll validations to ensure accuracy
- Take full ownership of leavers - acknowledging resignations, instructing payroll, updating SAP HR database, communicating with employees and managers
- Carrying out all general HR admin
- Handle statutory leave requests from employees, i.e. maternity/paternity, and liaise with all relevant parties

**Temporary HR Administrator Experience**

You will have the following skills and experience:

- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively, working accurately, at speed
- Exemplary attention to detail
- Discretion, tact, sensitivity whilst recognising the need for confidentiality
- An independent and proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with all levels of employees and building effective professional relationships internally and with external providers
- Good knowledge of all Microsoft systems, notably Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience of HR information systems, ideally SAP
