Oxford Instruments, a leading provider of high-tech tools and systems, is seeking a talented SuccessFactors Systems Administrator to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR function by managing and maintaining our SuccessFactors system, as well as providing general HRIS support.
As a member of our small and dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to take on varied roles and make a significant impact. In addition to your core responsibilities, you may also support the Reward Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager with reporting on key metrics and be involved in the periodic group-wide engagement survey.
**Responsibilities**:
Administer and maintain the SuccessFactors system, ensuring data integrity, system availability, and security.
Collaborate with HR team members to understand their requirements and provide system support for recruitment and recruitment marketing functions.
Support the Reward Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager with reporting on key metrics.
Contribute to the periodic group-wide engagement survey.
Work closely with the HR team to identify areas for system improvement and implement enhancements to optimise HR processes.
Provide training and support to HR users on SuccessFactors system functionality and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in HR technology, specifically SuccessFactors, and make recommendations for system upgrades or enhancements.
**Requirements**:
Strong understanding of SuccessFactors and HRIS systems.
Previous experience in system administration or support roles within an HR function.
Knowledge of recruitment and recruitment marketing processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
SuccessFactors certification is a plus but not required.

This role is a hybrid role with the main location being Tubney Woods. We work 8.00 until 4.30 Monday to Thursday and finish at 1.00 on a Friday so you can start your weekend early.
