About the JobWe are recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to provide essential support to our client's established HR team in a varied and rewarding role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, managing new starter and leaver processes, updating and maintaining HR systems, and preparing HR-related correspondence.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Manage new starter and leaver processes, including inductions and exit documentation.
- Update and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and providing regular reports as required.
- Prepare HR-related correspondence, such as contracts, offer letters, and policy updates.
To be successful in this role, you will require prior experience in HR functions, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with HR systems. Strong organisational skills and effective communication are also essential.
