- Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries and create a welcoming environment
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
