Midas Personnel are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a market leading logistics company in Dunstable. In your role as a Customer Service Administrator, you will be working Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, with a salary of up to £25,038 per annum. **Your responsibilities as a Customer Services Administrator will include**:
- Respond customer queries
- Liaise with various networks
- Import customer jobs onto jobs
- Create jobs and update systems
- Ensure that all compliance with regards to Hazardous goods movements
**We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator who has the following skills and experiences**:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service Administrator role
- Excellent communication skills
- Shows commitment to customer satisfaction
- Good customer service skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: £25,038.00 per year
