AcroPAD is looking for a self-motivated, customer-centric person to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who works well as part of a small team while focused on providing a first-class customer experience/service and Admin support. We need someone who is a fast learner, professional and can work in a relaxed yet productive environment.

As AcroPAD continues to grow we believe this role will grow with it and be an integral part of our customer's experience & team support.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various digital channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer quesitons.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, returns and any additional requests.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing admin support to the team and manage daily admin responsabilies.

Key Skills required
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
- Social media messaging and communication experience.
- Positive "Can do" attitude.
- Attention to detail and completing tasks in full.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time

**Salary**: £220.00 per week

Expected hours: 20 per week
