Administrative Officer Position

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to support our Homologation department in Bedfordshire.
As an Administration Officer, you will work with a dedicated team of Engineers on a contract basis, providing technical support and administration services.
The ideal candidate will have a process-driven background, excellent organisational skills, and strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and technical support for certification delivery
- Support the Homologation team with technical services in meetings, information requests, and supporting documents
- Use electronic transfer systems to send and receive documents
- Monitor document dispatch and return, file electronically or hardcopy as necessary
- Cross-functional working with relevant sections/departments/Homologation representatives
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong PC skills
- Ability to manage time and work to deadlines
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and multitask between multiple tasks simultaneously
Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
