Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to support our Homologation department in Bedfordshire.

As an Administration Officer, you will work with a dedicated team of Engineers on a contract basis, providing technical support and administration services.

The ideal candidate will have a process-driven background, excellent organisational skills, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and technical support for certification delivery
  • Support the Homologation team with technical services in meetings, information requests, and supporting documents
  • Use electronic transfer systems to send and receive documents
  • Monitor document dispatch and return, file electronically or hardcopy as necessary
  • Cross-functional working with relevant sections/departments/Homologation representatives

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong PC skills
  • Ability to manage time and work to deadlines
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask between multiple tasks simultaneously

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
