Job Title: Manufacturing Administrative Manager

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Administrative Manager to join our team at Response Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the Packing Area, ensuring that they run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

You will work closely with the Planning Manager to develop and implement plans that meet production requirements, maintaining excellent GMP standards and ensuring compliance with product specifications. This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week with a varied shift pattern including evenings and weekends.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administrative functions of the Packing Area
  • Develop and implement plans that meet production requirements
  • Maintain excellent GMP standards throughout the Packing Area
  • Ensure compliance with product specifications and delivery of high-quality products
  • Control costs, yields, and giveaway within the Packing Department
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth communication and documentation
  • Monitor and improve processes to optimize output and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role or industry
  • Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of BRC and customer audit requirements
  • Experience of SAP software and lean manufacturing techniques
