Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Administrative Officer to provide technical support and administration services to our Homologation department in Bedfordshire.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, excellent organisational skills, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Homologation team with technical services
  • Manage document flow using electronic transfer systems
  • Monitor document dispatch and return, filing electronically or hardcopy as necessary
  • Collaborate with the Homologation team to meet certification requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative background with excellent organisational skills
  • Strong PC skills and ability to learn new software
  • Effective communication and time management skills

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum.
