Site Equipment Manager

As a Site Equipment Manager at ENGINEERINGUK, you will be responsible for leading all engineering matters within a building. This includes ensuring statutory compliance requirements are followed to provide a safe working environment for occupants.
The successful candidate will have experience in facilities management, office management, corporate administrative services, or hospitality management, as well as knowledge of industrial electrical, industrial controls, and CMMS programs.
The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure high levels of safety and equipment availability.
- Collaborate with internal design teams to plan for future growth, upgrades, or new equipment roll-outs.
- Mentor and develop technicians within the team to achieve business objectives.
