Head of Equipment Availability

We are looking for an experienced Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, developing and implementing maintenance strategies, and ensuring the availability of equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, as well as significant experience in employee and performance management. You will also have experience in facilities management, office management, corporate administrative services, or hospitality management.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, bonuses of £6,000 - £12,000 per annum may be offered based on performance.
