Administration Coordinator for Automotive Homologation

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Administration Coordinator to support our Automotive Homologation department in Bedfordshire.

This exciting opportunity involves providing technical administration support to ensure the smooth delivery of certification services.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Homologation team, including preparation of documents, spreadsheets, and presentations

• Assist in organizing meetings, agendas, and minutes, as well as managing electronic transfer systems for document exchange

• Support Engineers in meeting certification deadlines and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

• Maintain accurate records and files, both electronically and in hardcopy format

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an automotive or manufacturing environment

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers and other stakeholders

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
