Band 3 Team Administrator(full-time; permanent)

Complex Needs Service

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join the supportive Bedfordshire and Luton Complex Needs Service. This key post will be based at Mountbatten House in Dunstable, where the successful applicant will be part of a small administrative team who operate as a first point of contact for service users, carers, multidisciplinary colleagues, and other organisations.

The Complex Needs Service is a multi-disciplinary team that works with service users, colleagues, and carers within the Bedford, Central Bedfordshire and Luton localities of the BLMK Integrated Care System (ICS) to establish a trauma-informed learning culture that improves assessment, support and treatment of people with complex emotional needs (often diagnosed as ‘personality disorder’) and their families/carers. The service aims to support service users to achieve their goals of reducing symptom distress and building lives in the community that they view as being worth living.

Our mission is to make a positive difference to people's lives by improving the quality of life for all we serve. Our values are: We Care, We Respect, We are Inclusive - so we are looking for people who live and breathe these qualities when supporting service users and carers, and in their relationships with colleagues in the Trust and our partner organisations
