**HR Recruitment Assistant and Administrator**

We have an excellent opportunity for an organised, hard-working and dedicated HR Recruitment Assistant and Administrator. You will support our friendly central HR Team, supporting the recruitment functions of HR under direction of the Recruitment Officer. This role will suit someone with excellent communication skills and set high standards for yourself to ensure processes run smoothly.

**Key Duties**:

- Business Administration for recruitment
- Arranging interviews
- Job Advertising
- Job posting (managing job portals)
- Digital Marketing Projects (social media campaigns)
- Reference management
- Pro-active chasing of documentation
- Support the building of staff files
- Data entry
- Working with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience using Microsoft platforms
- Three years working experience advantageous
- Experience of working in recruitment would be desirable
- Great team player
- Professional

**Job Specifics**:
**Start Date**: With immediate effect or following a notice period

**Salary**: NJC L3 6 - 8 £23,893 - £24,702
