The Office Admin role comprises the people management of two teams and the responsibility for the efficient operations of the office and manufacturing function.

A superb opportunity for someone to join a fast growing and leading provider of Fire Detection Control Systems and related equipment. You will join a highly qualified and experienced team and enjoy a challenging environment.

The role will be based in the company's manufacturing facility in West Drayton, Middlesex.

Reporting to: General Manager

Skills Required:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience
- Support the day-to-day office management of sales order and purchase order processing
- Liaising with suppliers to schedule deliveries
- Preparation of Production Teams work schedules
- Management experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with focused attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task with proven teamworking skills
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft office suite
- A positive attitude with a team focused mentality

Responsible for:

- The entire manufacturing operation, including:

- stock and purchasing
- management of production and admin teams
- efficient operation
- Maintaining records as per ISO9001 requirements
- Implementation and monitoring of H&S procedures
Other duties as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £32,000.00 per year
