**Role Overview**

We currently have a vacancy for a Business Administrator, with core administration responsibilities that include providing general admin support to the Management Team and office management responsibilities for the business as a whole. The role will also require you to undertake the co-ordination of the IMS and Quality Assurance systems and processes, and to provide admin support for our Sales team.

**Role Responsibilities**

The corporate administration aspects of the role include:

- Administrative support to the Management Team
- Maintain office facility and equipment registers and liaise with suppliers, become familiar with office supplies, checking inventory on a weekly basis and purchase when required
- Operation and basic troubleshooting of office equipment like printers and computers
- Arrange for the regular monitoring of HSSE, Fire Safety and any other legislative requirements
- Lead and co-ordinate visits to our office from customers, employees, partners, or any other visitors
- Support the arrangement of business travel requirements, ensuring procedures are followed and policy is complied to
- Attend and minute business meetings, where required, ensuring this is communicated afterwards with clearly assigned actions
- Scheduling of meetings and the arrangement of refreshments and other corporate catering
- Support the CEO and wider Management Team with other ongoing projects and tasks, as required.

The IMS/QA aspects of the role includes:

- Organise and maintain the IMS and QA systems within Sharepoint
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the company for IMS Certification
- Coordinate with the various departments in regards to IMS certification
- Check the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and the implementation of existing policies and procedures necessary for the attainment of company objectives
- Maintain and control records and documents in relation to the IMS and QA systems

The sales administration aspects to the role includes:

- Ensure our CRM is maintained and contact information kept up-to-date at all times
- Own the amendment and completion of proposals and estimates, working together with sales team to ensure we are issuing documentation to prospective customers in a timely manner
- Support the Sales Team with any other ad-hoc tasks

**Skills/Experience/Qualifications**
- At least 2+ years experience in an Administration and/or Business Support role, in a B2B environment
- Strong IT skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Experience using Sharepoint and CRM systems would be beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Good organisational and time-keeping skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work without direct supervision

**Other responsibilities**
- Be familiar with internal systems and processes and comply in full
- Report incidents to Line Manager
- Comply with all company and customers personal protection requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
