My Client, a fantastic provider of IT services, are looking to employ a Business Administrator to join their busy team on a full time basis in Aberdeen.

The outline of this role is to provide general administrative support for the Team including receiving and processing deliveries, answering the external phone line and reception phone and handling any administrative tasks requested on an as needed basis, as well as continually developing and refining documented processes and workflows as required.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Answering the landline phone, relaying information and following through on any actions arising through this channel.

Answering the office reception phone, greeting visitors, recording and storing information as required.

Receiving and processing deliveries

Providing clients with the information they require under their Managed Service Agreement to receive optimal Business Support service delivery.

to enhance delivery of their Business Support service.

Representing and upholding the company brand and culture across all communications required in the role.

Continual development, documentation and recording of Business Administration procedures and workflows.

Regular maintenance and monitoring of the procedures and workflows for efficacy, updating where required.

As requested by the Business Operations Manager, update registers, procedures, quick reference guides and workflows that support the business quality management system under the ISO9001 standard
