Job Title: Business Administrator

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Support the Operations Manager by preparing quotes, tracking jobs, preparing invoices and similar administrative duties.
- Meet current and potential customers.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Use Xero for financial record-keeping and reporting. Prepare reports for monthly management meetings.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Provide clerical support such as filing, scanning, and organising documents.
- Computerise information and maintain electronic files.
- Type documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Assist in office management duties to ensure smooth operations.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Suite for various administrative tasks; Word, Excel
- Execute general administrative tasks to support the team.

**Experience**:

- Construction background preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Xero and data entry skills are essential.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft for business purposes.
