This role will be responsible for the Management Accounts service including business partnership across many cost centres, MI and system development.
**Your new role as Finance Business Partner**:
**Your duties will include**:
Development of strong working relationship with operational colleagues
Deliver financial insight and support to stakeholders
Support production of budget, forecasts, statutory accounts and all financial MI
requirements
Support continuous financial, commercial process and system improvement
Ensure accurate and timely external stakeholder returns
Provide clear, insightful financial information to key stakeholders to promote a commercial culture and improve business performance
Contribute to continuous MI improvement and automation
Actively promote compliance with financial controls
**Produce accurate, timely**:
Monthly business performance MI
Budgets and quarterly forecasts
Statutory accounts
Capital, grant and project reporting
External returns to funding and regulatory organisations
Support business case production and challenge including - commercial bids and capital/investment assessments
Lead or support financial projects as required
**The Experience & Qualifications Required**:
ACA / ACCA/CIMA Qualified
Practice trained highly desirable
Driven & ambitious individual who will thrive in a swiftly moving, ever-changing environment
Management experience including personnel and team development
