- This is an exciting opportunity within Outpatient Services, Ambulatory Care Division based at Abbeyfields.- You must be educated to GCSE standard, possess excellent communication skills and be competent in the use of computers systems including Microsoft packages and Medway PAS.- The shifts will be on a rota basis depending on the department needs.Main duties of the job

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

Working as part of the Outpatient Clinic preparation team you will be responsible for preparing Thin files with all the correct and relevant details for the Clinics at QMC and Treatment Centre.

Training & Qualifications

Essential criteria
- To be educated to ‘O’ level, GCSE or equivalent
- Experience of Careflow PAS & DHR

Desirable criteria
- To possess 5 GCSE A-C passes including English and Maths or equivalent

Experience

Essential criteria
- Proven general office experience
- Experience of Team Working
- Able to sit and concentrate for long periods of time

Desirable criteria
- Good IT Knowledge
- Sound knowledge of the layout of both Treatment Center and QMC Campuses

**Salary**: The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.

The system will provide us with an outcome of your check which will be stored securely on your personal file along with all other pre-employment check documentation.
