Detailed job description and main responsibilities

Working as part of the Outpatient Clinic preparation team you will be responsible for preparing Thin files ang paediatric legacy notes with all the correct and relevant details for the Clinics at QMC and Treatment Centre and the community clinics.

Training & Qualifications

Essential criteria
- To be educated to ‘O’ level, GCSE or equivalent
- Experience of Careflow PAS & DHR

Desirable criteria
- To possess 5 GCSE A-C passes including English and Maths or equivalent

Experience

- Proven general office experience
- Experience of Team Working
- Able to sit and concentrate for long periods of time

Desirable criteria
- Good IT Knowledge
- Sound knowledge of the layout of both Treatment Center and QMC Campuses

**Salary**: The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.
