An opportunity has arisen for a Payroll administrator in Shoreham-by-Sea. This will be on a part time basis (30 hours per week)
Payroll administrator role overview:
Accurately and timely process 3 monthly payrolls including statutory year end returns and P60s within the specified deadlines for approximately 1200 employees in total.

You will liaise closely with HR to ensure all monthly variables are input correctly and with the finance department to resolve any discrepancies.
Payroll administrator
- knowledge, skills & experience:

- Experience of working in a large UK Payroll department
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data/information
- Process all statutory forms including (bit not exclusive to) payslips, P45's, P46's, P60's, P11D's
- Experience of using Cascade would be beneficial
- Full understanding of UK tax and year-end tax administration
- Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines in a busy role
- Excellent PC skills including the ability to prepare and maintain spreadsheets to a high level (including pivot tales, look up and other formulae)
- Confidence to work and communicate with all levels of staff, including those at a senior level.
- Experience of using SAP is desirable
