We are now recruiting for a Payroll and HR Administrator.

The purpose of this department / team is ensuring the efficient financial management and financial controls necessary to support all business activities. The People & Culture function helps the organisation deliver its corporate strategy and objectives byensuring the people processes encourage a high performing workforce whilst creating an environment where people love to work. This role is responsible for supporting both teams, creating a smooth payroll process. This is achieved by ensuring the accurate imputingof data and timely administration of the Focus monthly payroll and HR administration, using the appropriate systems and procedures. In addition, you will play an active role administering employee benefits.

Main duties of this role are:

- Assist the Payroll Executive to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of the monthly employee payroll, ensuring statutory reporting requirements are met
- Completing payroll processes including tax, NI and statutory elements using the HR System /Accord Payroll system
- Ensure payroll end to end and statutory processes, including SMP, SPP, SSP, RTI, FPS, EPS, Pension auto-enrolment, P11d's, PSA's & apprenticeship levy are completed and complied with
- Administer employee benefit deductions within the statutory parameters
- Processing a high volume of payments and deductions onto the HR system for monthly paid employees
