Location - Shoreham, office based, Monday to Friday full time

About the role:
- First point of contact for hiring managers enquiries into new hires
- Creating and issuing all new starter and exit interview paperwork
- Pre-employment checks, right to work documents
- Issuing references
- Keep HR files up to date and in line with GDPR regulations
- Liaise with other teams on weekly and monthly payroll
- Ensure that any absences are logged and followed up in line with company processes
- Help with design and production of internal communications
- Assisting marketing and office team with general administration
- Diary management and coordination of external workshops
- Onboarding new starters
- Assist in any disciplinary meetings and follow ups
This is a varied and interesting role for an organised administrator with strong attention to detail.
- You have HR administration experience
- Are happy to be in the office full time
- Are IT literate
